Who Are We?

We are a small group of professionals from different complementary backgrounds fields, ranging from business executives to senior physicians of all medical fields.

Upon identification and research of a new unmet need, we form specialized groups who are able to rapidly iterate, research and test our technological solutions within the hospital.

Need identification by professionals

The RMC Innovation Lab works according to the design thinking method, where a large emphasis is put on identifying and understanding the user and the unmet gap. Who better to perform that diagnosis than our trained clinical professionals? Guided by our team, we recognize and process hundreds of unique unmet needs each year.

Innovation within a large tertiary hospital

Rabin Medical Center (RMC) is one of the most prominent and largest medical facilities in Israel, leading in clinical fields such as transplantation, oncology and cardiology. It has been a leader in the use of new technologies while maintaining the highest standards of quality medical and nursing care with personal attention towards the wellbeing of patients and their families.

  • Dr. Leor Perl
    Dr. Leor PerlChief Innovation Officer

    Dr. Perl is the head of complex cardiac interventions and the chief innovation officer at RMC. He completed his M.D. at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, cardiology fellowship at the RMC, interventional cardiology and Biodesign fellowships at the Stanford University. He is a senior lecturer at the Tel Aviv University.

  • Yarden Mor
    Yarden MorHead of 3D Printing & Design

    Yarden combines technology and design in the medical field. Holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.Des in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy, and served as a paramedic at the IDF. Worked in medical 3D printing and product R&D companies.

  • Nadav Loebl
    Nadav LoeblHead of AI

    After working at Apple and Microsoft, Nadav joined the team as the Head of Artificial Intelligence. Nadav holds a B.Sc in Computer Science (Big Data program) from Ben Gurion University, and M.Sc in Computer Science from Reichman University.

  • Osnat Naftali Katz
      Osnat Naftali KatzBusiness Development Manager

      Osnat has a record as a Life Sciences Investment consultant, and as a researcher in the fields of stem cell therapy and cancer metastases in the private sector and the academy. Osnat holds an MBA in Healthcare Innovation from Reichman University, an MSc in Cell Research and Immunology and a BSc in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University.
